Honestly Though

Building an independent writing platform around culture, media, relationships, identity, and contemporary life

Building the Brand

I created Honestly Though as a personal writing platform centred on culture, relationships, identity, and navigating contemporary life. Beyond the writing itself, I developed the publication’s visual identity, tone of voice, section structure, and overall editorial direction.

From designing the logo, colour palette, and cover visuals to shaping headlines, layouts, and recurring themes, I wanted the platform to feel personal, conversational, and slightly playful while still remaining cohesive across different topics and essays.
